HomeScan pricing is based on the number of “Spaces” in the house

Common Spaces are, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bedroom, & Bathroom.

Also counted as “Spaces” are; Sunroom, Stairway, Hallway, Laundry room, Mechanical room, etc.

• Example; On our homepage, there is an Active HomeScan of a 3 Bedroom Townhouse..

This townhouse has 2-1/2 baths, Family room, Office, Mechanical room & Laundry.

The Example house has 15 Spaces. HomeScan cost $ 1 1 9 -

The most affordable HomeScan is at a Vacant House with a Lock box

If the house is OCCUPIED, or if an APPOINTMENT is needed for access,

There is an additional cost of $40

At Check-Out, you will be asked, is an Appointment needed?

Occupied houses MUST have an Appointment. and an adult present
Sentrilock; Generate a 1 -day code for our access (We will call you to coordinate)

Expiration: The HomeScan Links are Active for 4 months.

After 4 months, the HomeScan is Archived, for 5 years, for Free.

You can extend activation for another 4 months $49

~ or ~ you can leave the HomeScan in Archive until you are ready to use it again.

TIP: Archive is Good for Listings that are temporarily pulled off the market.

& for Property Managers to re-cycle the original HomeScan when turn-over occurs at the same property.
