BY COMPLETING THE HOMESCAN ORDER,

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOW TERMS.

The HomeScan Cameras take 360º Scans. All visual distractions must be removed from the entire Space.

The Camera will see Every Angle.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the property is visually prepared to be Scanned.

Also; You must let us know, from the start, if there are Spaces that you do not want included in the HomeScan. Deleting Scans of un-sightly Spaces, during Post Editing could result in the HomeScan not functioning smoothly.

Extremely Poor weather/ lighting conditions could affect the quality of the HomeScan and Photos.

We do not perform Advanced Post Editing to correct extremely poor lighting conditions.

If a poor condition exists, we may suggested that an alternate time be scheduled, for weather conditions to improve, or for lighting issues to be corrected.

The Electric Service must be Active in the property.

We will contact you within 24 hours, if we are to access via SentriLock, or if you requested to set-up an Appointment. An adult (Over 21) must be present at any properties that are Occupied, or accessed by Appointment.

You will be charged a $25 trip-fee if we are not able to access the property as your HomeScan Order has described. So please, Double check that the correct Access information has been provided.

The HomeScan and Photos are typically completed and forwarded to you within 2 business days.

HomeScan Links are active for 4 months. We will notify you before the Link expires, and ask if you would like to extend the activation time. If you do not request re-activation, the HomeScan will be placed into Archive for 5 years.

You can request Re-activation. Or, after 5 years, the HomeScan will be deleted.

Photos from the DropBox Link can be downloaded, and remain your “property”.
